Perzische Mir Boteh zijn handgeknoopte tapijten, voornamelijk geproduceerd in het Sarough-gebied van Iran. Ze zijn gemakkelijk te herkennen aan hun speciale patroon, bestaande uit kleinere mir-e Butha. Het patroon heeft een karakteristieke peerachtige vorm en het patroon wordt door velen beschouwd als een vlam die warmte en leven symboliseert. Het vlammotief is vaak te zien in het grondpatroon van Perzische tapijten.
